Flat Rate with Disposal Max:
The customer pays a flat rate each time the container is serviced. This rate includes disposal up to the included maximum tonnage capacity specified above. Disposal over the included maximum will be billed at the Disposal Cost/Ton rate.
Haul Plus Disposal:
Haul Plus Disposal: Customer pays a haul charge each time a container is serviced, and the Customer also
pays disposal cost as described above.
Flat Rate:
The customer pays a flat rate each time the container is serviced. This flat rate fee is based on the Disposal Type referenced above. If the material is different, the Disposal Type referenced may incur additional disposal fees.
